What is PhilHealth GAMOT?
PhilHealth GAMOT is a PhilHealth benefit for outpatient medicines on the GAMOT List. Covered items cost ₱0 for members within the ₱20,000 yearly limit.
Who can order?
Anyone can order. Every prescription medicine still needs a valid prescription. Add your PhilHealth ID number at checkout to use your PhilHealth GAMOT benefit. Without it, you pay the price shown. You check out as a guest, so no account is needed.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Prescription medicines need a valid prescription. A GAMOT prescription lets you use your PhilHealth GAMOT benefit. In My Bag, enter your prescription code (UPSC) or upload photos of your prescription. Show the original prescription upon delivery or pickup.
How much will I pay?
Covered items cost ₱0 within your ₱20,000 yearly limit. After that, the PhilHealth fixed fee shown on each item applies, plus a delivery fee for Home Delivery. The delivery fee depends on your city and is shown before you place your order. The pharmacist confirms the final amount before your order is released.
How long until delivery?
Home Delivery: delivered 1 to 2 days after our pharmacist approves your order, by 1Life's own riders. We deliver within Metro Manila, Pampanga and Cebu. Click & Collect orders are ready within 30 minutes after pharmacist verification.
Can someone else claim my order?
Yes, for Click & Collect. Upload a letter signed by you authorizing them at checkout. The person claiming brings that letter and their own valid government ID.
I am a verified YAKAP member. Is there another way to request medicines?
Yes. Verified PhilHealth YAKAP members with 1Life can also use the Medicine Request feature in the 1Life app.
